Co. will hire you at higher cost once their purpose solved after initial stage they will try to use for other area & will try to exploit your Carrier. If you are not ready will ask you for resignation. Management is not capable to think before taking any process whether it is Profit making or loss making. Once process gone in to loss they will try to reduce manpower, will stop to provide welfare facility , team outing & Training etc to the process members. Will try to replace experienced & skill leaders with lower level persons.Management is not capable to handle Indian Clients.
