“Good Work Environment, Low Skill Job - Not challenging enough”+ ve you don't have previous experience to get hired and to learn how to work in a team and real opportunities to have a career and they invest in training and various courses.
Cons
there was some employees promoted on non -professional criteria which end up to bad managers and leaders - if you work in support functions you dont't get as many benefits as the once working is in operations.
