Pros
Great Work Environment, Work Life Balance, Flexibility, Good Trainings- good to gain knowledge across functions, supportive and friendly people, if you achieve deliverables on time and do a decent job, no one will harangue on office hours etc...
Cons
Really poor pay makes working here unsustainable in the long run....work here for a few years to gain knowledge across functions and move on. Top mgmt. is paid really really well and everyone below that is paid really poorly. One gets the impression that when the company does well, the associated benefits don't flow to anyone except the highest management- the rest receive compensatory droplets!
