Pros

Okay training and valuable experience learning how to deal with "the man." Once you've been through the Genpact ringer, you'll know how to deal with cold and faceless companies.

Cons

They expect more than what they pay for. High turnover rate because they treat and work you like a machine. They know employee's generally only last a year or two, which is why there s a revolving door new hires. They won't go out of their way to keep quality employee's. Quantity over quality at Genpact.

Market rate compensation, not much else

Cons

AI is dismantling Genpact’s services-focused business model. The result is a toxic work environment with a dying culture: fear of layoffs, unclear goals, constant turnover, and remaining employees absorbing multiple roles as colleagues are fired or leave.
