Management genuinely care about their employees and seek ways to help develop their talents and interests. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement or movement withing the company. They also push employees to meet their full potential but offering ongoing training to keep skills fresh. This is an excellent place to work.
Cons
The work is sometimes overwhelming, but team members and management are very understanding and supportive. There is also a focus on efficiency, which sometimes results in reduction of full-time employees. However, if you have a good work ethic and integrity, they are not in the business of losing good talent. If a position is no longer needed, they try their best to find a new project for you to work.
