      If you want to do support work, this is the best organization for you

      - Bad projects and work.They do not have any development projects so even developers are foeced to work in support projects - Bad managers and HR practices. HR and managers doesnt listen to you. Managers have all the power and they act like tyrants. - The flexible work hours are used as an excuse to make you stayback.
