in my opinion the best reasons to work in Genpact are as follows 1. Decent Compensation 2. Good work life balance 3. friendly environment to work without pressure 4. Supportive colleagues and Team Leads 5. freedom to speak
Cons
according to me some downsides are: 1. Three month notice period is very long time. 2. Systems or laptops are not fast enough to work. 3. annual bonus is very low.
