Pros
Good soft skills training for employees. Promotes lean and six sigma approach. Literally makes sure an employee inculcates these skills. Supports Part time post graduation options. Good infrastructure. Awards and Recognition.
Cons
Company gives one way transportation between 8 PM to 8AM and that also is a big pain. Very Low salaries. Appraisals are not great and the process is murky. Switching processes for new learning/growth withing company even after spending a fair amount of time in one process is a real test of patience. No kidding!
