Can interact with client at starter level Expect diverse work There will be a lot of work for freshers in some projects which improves confidence
Cons
Expect diverse work Some of the freshers are put in dull projects only for the billing and they don't get as much exposure as required There is a LOT of middle management as every fifth guy is a manager just for the sake of title and if you are a fresher stay clear of these people. They do not know much about management and expect you to work to their understanding
