Pros
Must be HIGHLY adaptive, learn and retain TONS of information in a short period of time. Must be able to be an independent self starter who knows everything cause no one else does. But at least it's a paycheck until something else comes along.
Cons
Management has no clue what they're doing. There is zero assistance. They are not transparent at all. The work culture is horrible. You will get PTSD working here.
