Pros

No pros other than it was remote work for a while

Cons

They never work with you in regards to schedules or even increasing pay. You have to work every holiday and the weekends.

Market rate compensation, not much else

AI is dismantling Genpact’s services-focused business model. The result is a toxic work environment with a dying culture: fear of layoffs, unclear goals, constant turnover, and remaining employees absorbing multiple roles as colleagues are fired or leave.
