Pros
Good company for a quick start in the career ladder. They invest some resources to bring people from zip up to an operational level, which is good and is hard to be found at other companies. Very young staff, over 80% in their 20's. Some improvements in regards to the attitude of the management towards their employees, trying to "listen" more, be empathetic with one's personal situation, be tolerant in some cases to the lack of discipline, if the results are present.
Cons
Too much brainwashing, making employees think that this is the greatest company ever. Too little effort in adjusting the salary levels according to the market, and probably this won't happen at all, since this is the company's policy. Management styles adopted are way too diverse across the company, varying from military/communistic style to very liberal, and sadly prevail the military ones. New generation of managers have to abide the styles of their superiors and there's no chance to prove them wrong in smth.
