Good potential training opportunities. Good starting place for a student our the doors of the school and with 1 or 2 foreign languages as "true" skill-set.
Cons
Attention to people needs is missing. Coherent strategy is lacking or if available is undisclosed to all employees. High level management approach does not always have a multicultural element.
