Pros
- There are a nice working environment and friendly and yong colleagues - Managers are on-going and one can always turn to them for help - One rarely has to do overtime and that if only there are urgent issues that could not be fixed by the end of the working day.
Cons
- The salaries are a bit low - There aren't that many opportunities to promote
