Pros
- Management genuinely cares for the welfare of each employee - Endless Opportunity for growth and advancement - Insurance Benefits are excellent and affordable - Company paid uniforms - Continued Training provided - Friendly, caring, and fun work environment
Cons
- The only con ( if you can consider it a con) is not due to Genric. The unemployment rate is at an all time low and therefore recruiting and filling open positions has been quite a challenge.
