Awful management - Gate Guard Genric Employee Review

Awful working conditions no lunch or breaks and sometimes you’re made to work a 12 hours also you have to get permission and a relief to go to the bathroom your forced to hold your bowels until someone get to the gate however long that takes the most for me was 30 minutes and if you leave that booth you will be fired they call it abandoning your post so leaving cause your about to pee your pants is no excuse. HR treats employees like trash there is a very high turn over rate and HR wears it like a badge of honor that’s terrible for every 14 people you hire 11 quit after 2weeks it’s a lot of black people working there now and they so racist they can’t handle all them black faces
