      Pros

      Extensive global community with continuing education, leadership training, and research. The sky is the limit in this firm for young people with a passion.

      Cons

      1) The overall atmosphere is quite political. 2) Pay is lower but increases over time for those who stay for many years. 3) There is no design method or focus for the firm. Every studio and office is different.

      Good work-life balance and flexible scheduling. Supportive team environment with opportunities to learn new technologies. Management is generally approachable and benefits are competitive.

      Cons

      Internal processes can be slow and bureaucratic at times. Career advancement opportunities are limited without clear timelines. Communication between departments could be improved significantly.

      Good packages and bonus, great office.

      Toxic culture and leadership, the full time office work is not sustainable.
