      Pros

      Fair pay , employee owned company, with lots of work and opportunities for growth. Cozy offices with plenty of benefits. I like most of the people I work with.

      Cons

      Large company, so it may take time to get noticed. Sometimes you will be forced to specialize in something and may not get a broad range of experiences. They say yes to most projects that come through the door so you may get stuck working on something not very exciting for some time.

      Pros

      Good work-life balance and flexible scheduling. Supportive team environment with opportunities to learn new technologies. Management is generally approachable and benefits are competitive.

      Cons

      Internal processes can be slow and bureaucratic at times. Career advancement opportunities are limited without clear timelines. Communication between departments could be improved significantly.

      Good packages and bonus, great office.

      Cons

      Toxic culture and leadership, the full time office work is not sustainable.
