Supportive staff and consistent caseload - Anonymous employee GentleCare Therapy Employee Review

I worked as an RBT for a few other companies in the past and Gentlecare management does a fantastic job with scheduling when families can be inconsistent. Good pay and policies and communication. They also have a high clinical standard.

More staff appreciation events would be great.

-Upper management not very helpful -Too many billable hours -Unstructured clinic -Inexperienced staff -No follow through
