      They pay salary at 1st of the month.

      Cons

      Incompetent senior management. They have no idea about modern IT standards. Everything about this company's IT department is toxic. No room for growth. If you are growing then its a problem for this company. As you are only responsible with only 1 thing. And that is to resolve a jira ticket.

      The company has been around for a very long time so it's considered stable,

      Cons

      The company has a lot of maturing to do, not very equitable or inclusive in higher leadership positions and quiet layoffs are occuring so its not a lot of internal growth without being there for 10+ years
