A very good management to work with, they have a good team and they keep us helping, motivating us. Always get payments in time without any reminder/ followup's. I came across some review's which seems to be fake I am with this company past 6 years and I didnt face any problem till date. I always felt GenuineIT is an extended family for me. They are so good even all the management too.

Hello All, I am associated with Genuine IT for more than a year now. I filed my H1B with Genuine IT in 2014 and it started from October 2014. I am working since January 2015 and I am very happy with the way they treat their employees. I have been provided with benefits and there was no delay in payments till date. The marketing team is also very good and the first project I got is a one year long term project.I have joined in another project in January 2016 and it is going well. I referred my friends for H1B filing for 2015.They received their H1B and they are working. I refer Genuine IT for anyone who are interested to file H1B. Interested ones can contact me. The reviews which are mentioned against Genuine IT are all thrash and I can provide all the proofs if any one have doubt.

Hello All, If we have to say any downsides there are not much to say. I working in a contract job so getting new job takes little bit time of just 1-2 weeks after current job it is common with all the comapnies
