Hello All, I am associated with Genuine IT for more than a year now. I filed my H1B with Genuine IT in 2014 and it started from October 2014. I am working since January 2015 and I am very happy with the way they treat their employees. I have been provided with benefits and there was no delay in payments till date. Hello All, If we have to say any downsides there are not much to say. I working in a contract job so getting new job takes little bit time of just 1-2 weeks after current job it is common with all the comapnies
