Hello All, I am associated with Genuine IT for more than a year now. I filed my H1B with Genuine IT in 2014 and it started from October 2014. I am working since January 2015 and I am very happy with the way they treat their employees. I have been provided with benefits and there was no delay in payments till date. The marketing team is also very good and the first project I got is a one year long term project.I have joined in another project in January 2016 and it is going well. Hello All, If we have to say any downsides there are not much to say. I working in a contract job so getting new job takes little bit time of just 1-2 weeks after current job it is common with all the comapnies
