Pros

I honestly saw the negative review and it made me want to post this job review. I am not sure where to begin. Before I started at Geode I was offered other jobs and something about this company really made me want to start here. The values of the company and how they have treated me has been excellent. They have kept their word to me so far and the GM of the company does check in weekly to see how you are doing. If I have an idea I can reach right out to her and she is very respectful. My coworkers are great, we often talk and check in with each other.

Cons

It is a startup and with a startup comes challenges. Not a bad thing it just is what it is.

Pros

Flexibility and good mission. Management really understands that life can happen and you can tell balance is very important to them and in turn it trickles to employees. Geode not only prioritizes patients but also employees. I think it is a really good place to work!

Cons

I don't love all the benefit offerings. It would be nice to have more holidays off and mental health days built in. I would like to see an improved maternity leave policy. Also, they could do better with company culture. There are creative ways to do so being hybrid/virtual. I would like to see them emphasize that.

Good benefits Opportunity for growth

Cons

High stress Little support Worked for them for 6 years, and they terminated me because “my position was eliminated” and i had “performance issues”. I was a department manager and was never spoken to about performance issues. BS excuses.
