Pros

I have worked in the field of Mental Health for most of my career , by far Geode is the best . The value and care put in treating every patient with kindness, grace and compassion. I feel blessed to work side by side with incredible providers and therapist . Each employee does feel cared about and most of all heard . Geode values each employee and gives each employee the encouragement to be the best they can be .

Pros

Flexibility and good mission. Management really understands that life can happen and you can tell balance is very important to them and in turn it trickles to employees. Geode not only prioritizes patients but also employees. I think it is a really good place to work!

Cons

I don't love all the benefit offerings. It would be nice to have more holidays off and mental health days built in. I would like to see an improved maternity leave policy. Also, they could do better with company culture. There are creative ways to do so being hybrid/virtual. I would like to see them emphasize that.

Good benefits Opportunity for growth

Cons

High stress Little support Worked for them for 6 years, and they terminated me because “my position was eliminated” and i had “performance issues”. I was a department manager and was never spoken to about performance issues. BS excuses.
