Pros

Geode is a great place to work. We are bringing bight quality behavioral health services with in-network providers. Patients love us because you can get appts quickly and we are in network. Management let’s you work out challenges and work in a great team environment.

Cons

At times things need to be fixed - but they are growing and constantly improving!

Pros

Flexibility and good mission. Management really understands that life can happen and you can tell balance is very important to them and in turn it trickles to employees. Geode not only prioritizes patients but also employees. I think it is a really good place to work!

Cons

I don't love all the benefit offerings. It would be nice to have more holidays off and mental health days built in. I would like to see an improved maternity leave policy. Also, they could do better with company culture. There are creative ways to do so being hybrid/virtual. I would like to see them emphasize that.

Cons

High stress Little support Worked for them for 6 years, and they terminated me because “my position was eliminated” and i had “performance issues”. I was a department manager and was never spoken to about performance issues. BS excuses.
