I would add 1,000 plus stars if I could. Geode has set a gold standard in the workplace environment - starting with the incredible leaders all the way to the support staff that make each office an incredible place to work. A place that truly believes in its core values and it off the charts with their dedication to mental health awareness. They care for their employees- always finding ways to show appreciation along with opportunities for growth and the constant validation of " job well done". By far the best company I have every worked for and plan to end my career with Geode. If you every lucky enough for a chance to land a position with Geode, take it! My question is "why wouldn't everyone want to work for Geode.

Pros

Flexibility and good mission. Management really understands that life can happen and you can tell balance is very important to them and in turn it trickles to employees. Geode not only prioritizes patients but also employees. I think it is a really good place to work!

Cons

I don't love all the benefit offerings. It would be nice to have more holidays off and mental health days built in. I would like to see an improved maternity leave policy. Also, they could do better with company culture. There are creative ways to do so being hybrid/virtual. I would like to see them emphasize that.

Cons

High stress Little support Worked for them for 6 years, and they terminated me because “my position was eliminated” and i had “performance issues”. I was a department manager and was never spoken to about performance issues. BS excuses.
