Constant stream of clients, consistent schedule, decent pay, some feedback is taken.

Cons

Extreme turnover with management, no flexibility with schedule, very high caseload demands, lots of changes without communication, does not follow up when feedback is given.

Geode really is intended to be a collaborative care team. There is likely an option for you to request a lower-case load (know the compensation will reduce as well).

Pros

Flexibility and good mission. Management really understands that life can happen and you can tell balance is very important to them and in turn it trickles to employees. Geode not only prioritizes patients but also employees. I think it is a really good place to work!

Cons

I don't love all the benefit offerings. It would be nice to have more holidays off and mental health days built in. I would like to see an improved maternity leave policy. Also, they could do better with company culture. There are creative ways to do so being hybrid/virtual. I would like to see them emphasize that.

Cons

High stress Little support Worked for them for 6 years, and they terminated me because “my position was eliminated” and i had “performance issues”. I was a department manager and was never spoken to about performance issues. BS excuses.
