Collaboration feels real — we are “One Team” across regions and roles, and every voice can make a difference. Continuous improvement is more than a buzzword; you’re encouraged to grow, try new ideas, and see them implemented. The mission isn’t just on paper — you feel it in the impact on patients and the pride in being part of something that matters.

Cons

Rapid growth means lots of change and hard work and things to do

Pros

Flexibility and good mission. Management really understands that life can happen and you can tell balance is very important to them and in turn it trickles to employees. Geode not only prioritizes patients but also employees. I think it is a really good place to work!

Cons

I don't love all the benefit offerings. It would be nice to have more holidays off and mental health days built in. I would like to see an improved maternity leave policy. Also, they could do better with company culture. There are creative ways to do so being hybrid/virtual. I would like to see them emphasize that.

Good benefits Opportunity for growth

Cons

High stress Little support Worked for them for 6 years, and they terminated me because “my position was eliminated” and i had “performance issues”. I was a department manager and was never spoken to about performance issues. BS excuses.
