Working at Geode has been a genuinely rewarding experience. The company truly values its employees, fostering a culture of respect, support, and compassion. One of the standout aspects is the strong emphasis on work/life balance, allowing team members to thrive both professionally and personally. I'm especially proud to be part of an organization whose mission is to expand mental health offerings, resources and services to the communities it serves. It's a workplace where people and purpose matter.

Cons

Being a newer company, sometimes processes and workflows are still being modified and/or developed.

Pros

Flexibility and good mission. Management really understands that life can happen and you can tell balance is very important to them and in turn it trickles to employees. Geode not only prioritizes patients but also employees. I think it is a really good place to work!

Cons

I don't love all the benefit offerings. It would be nice to have more holidays off and mental health days built in. I would like to see an improved maternity leave policy. Also, they could do better with company culture. There are creative ways to do so being hybrid/virtual. I would like to see them emphasize that.

Cons

High stress Little support Worked for them for 6 years, and they terminated me because “my position was eliminated” and i had “performance issues”. I was a department manager and was never spoken to about performance issues. BS excuses.
