A Breath of Fresh Air - Therapist Geode Health Employee Review

As a therapist starting in a new position it can be difficult to feel supported, particularly when historically that has not been the norm. Geode has been a life changer in terms of support and a sense of balance. There seems to be a significant level of structure and accountability that resonates with me. There are high expectations of the staff but everyone I have had the pleasure to work with so far has been extremely helpful in helping me achieve those expectations. The compensation model is different compared to my previous employers but it's fair and it helps promote continued work. While I love my career and my field the hardest part is sometimes navigating the system of insurances, credentialing, basically all the administrative stuff. The team at Geode has demonstrated a strong foundation and they help us with that, as well as marketing. This has been a good start so far.
