Pros
The campus is beautiful and has walkable access to downtown Newberg. The canyon trails are a fun 15 minute break.
Cons
The upper and middle management have no idea how to treat their employees like people. I was given negative reviews by my supervisor that were directly related to a disability I am very open about. The homophobia and transphobia is palpable, and the microaggressions toward students and staff of color is astounding. The complaint system does not function at all to keep corrupt individuals in check. There is also incredible mismanagement of finances in middle and upper management. My pay was significantly below industry standards even after a "raise". Additionally, most meetings accomplish nothing of progress for student support. The be known promise means nothing to the board of directors.
