      Depending on the department there is no community for post docs. Very isolated and no support for growing political tensions in the city impacting research

      Relaxed environment working directly with a professor

      Cons

      Pay Roll and access issues, got kicked off payroll I. The middle of a contract and delayed payment and work for 2 weeks based off of their system error.
