Higher Ed has avoided the economic downturn and GW as easily weathered the storm. Good retirement plan and generous vacation.
Cons
Constant leadership changes makes for turbulence and job instability. In a crisis there is always a fall guy. HR works for the Administration and employees have almost no recourse.
