Pros
I enjoyed having access to great speakers and programs hosted by the university, the employee engagement activities that helped to connect employees across the university through social events, and I had great colleagues on my team.
Cons
Two main cons were: (1) A lot of people serving in leadership roles did not have formalized training on how to be a better manager, and (2) the university seemed to have an excessive amount of bureaucracy, which hindered its ability to be efficient and successful.
