      Management won't always reward you for going above and beyond your job description. Management isn't often given enough support to be effective leaders. It's a large organization so your contribution won't always be rewarded.

      Relaxed environment working directly with a professor

      Cons

      Pay Roll and access issues, got kicked off payroll I. The middle of a contract and delayed payment and work for 2 weeks based off of their system error.
