      Compensation for Development & Alumni Relations is competitive within the DC market, good benefits

      Cons

      HR is the worst I have ever experienced and affected my hire, the recruitment of quality candidates, and promotion opportunities. Cronyism of the "Miami" executive leaders is highly concerning. Siloed schools and departments make problem-solving nearly impossible.

      Relaxed environment working directly with a professor

      Cons

      Pay Roll and access issues, got kicked off payroll I. The middle of a contract and delayed payment and work for 2 weeks based off of their system error.
