I can only think of the Tuition Benefit.
Cons
Low salaries, little advancement opportunities, oppressive management style in most departments, HR Department that works against employees rather than for employees, low morale campus wide. Most positions seem to be designed for 2 year spans, which allows an employee to receive a degree and leave.
