Pros
Good health benefits, in a major metropolis so you have access to multiple networks, as an employee you are able to take college courses.
Cons
The major issue was level of enthusiasm for the job itself. Working with college kids at one of the nation's most expensive universities - while being underpaid - is not for everyone. The employee culture is quite rigid, and it is somewhat competitive. Competition is expected from within but when it extends to a disgruntled little brother relationship with Georgetown that's when problems start to arise...
