      Pros

      It is a great position with flexibility in work and teaching methodologies. Fun place to work in and excellent faculty.

      Cons

      The university can hire more GTAs to work for them and divide the work accordingly. It will help the management and faculty to perform better.

      Relaxed environment working directly with a professor

      Cons

      Pay Roll and access issues, got kicked off payroll I. The middle of a contract and delayed payment and work for 2 weeks based off of their system error.
