Pros
Great benefits, including low tuition and three to four weeks vacation. Health insurance is reasonable compared to most places and there is a choice between providers.
Cons
Management wants employees who take orders, not people who can make decisions. Brown-nosers are given preferential treatment. The hardest workers get more work while the lazy employees get less work, but are not penalized.
