      Educational benefits, semi-casual environment, vibrant location, young and friendly university environment. Good place to work to obtain an advanced degree for almost free.

      Cons

      Upper management seems to coddle faculty. Upper management should back up research coordinators in enforcing grants/ contracts rules and regulations.

      Relaxed environment working directly with a professor

      Cons

      Pay Roll and access issues, got kicked off payroll I. The middle of a contract and delayed payment and work for 2 weeks based off of their system error.
