Pros
To get a free degree I guess? Still probably not worth it. Work at AU or Gtown or UMD - better benefits.
Cons
Worst job I have had. Very negative atmosphere, no interest in improving. Say one thing and do another. Very secretive management...act like they have something to hide. Undergraduate Admissions is an absolute no - go. Dysfunctional environment and management. Employees are beat down, annual turnover is usually above 50% in a ~30 person office.
