Pros
There are truly some outstanding minds - both on faculty and staff - that made it an intellectually stimulating place to work if you are involved in academic affairs/initiatives at all. Collegial atmosphere and approachable senior leadership.
Cons
The current transition to the new ESIA Dean has meant a lot of staff turnover and a bit of a rudderless ship. Staff cohesion, morale, and professionalism seems to have taken a serious hit. Financial mismanagement from central administration has meant benefit cuts for employees, which is obviously a major draw to working at a University.
