Pros
Good place to work as far as stability and benefits are okay.
Cons
They don't support the regular hourly staff. If you are only hourly staff of color don't expect to go any further. They only promote those that they like and can probably manipulate. Raises are 33 cents nothing over a $1.00. You will eventually feel stuck in a dead end job.
