Pros
-Free tuition to a top university after working for a year (pending acceptance of course), including certification courses. -Perks and discounts to local businesses available for university employees. -Historic neighborhood.
Cons
-Pay is low compared to what you could get from similar universities or non-profit organizations and management doesn't give raises liberally. -Favoritism and preference is always given to alumni or current students. Experienced candidates are frequently passed over in favor of new GU grads to help drive up the school's placement statistics. -It takes an awful lot to get fired.
