Pros
On Campus - lots of life Campus is pretty and near the Potomac Most people on campus are incredibly nice Georgetown University has a free bus that picks up employees at the Dupont Circle metro Tuition benefit appears to be pretty great
Cons
Not the easiest to get to Salary is low when compared to anything in the private sector Not very efficient in regards to getting a project from start to finish, lots of tip-toeing around, not a smooth or efficient process HR department is not very responsive or helpful Many offices are not easy to get to, not many elevators, if any in some buildings Lots of smokers on campus
