      Pros

      Flexible working environment, opportunity to gain high quality education. Children receive discount tuition rate to attend the university. Two weeks paid vacation for Christmas break. Employer contribution to retirement.

      Cons

      low pay, few advancement opportunities, not on Metro rail, expensive parking, budget problems always seem to get in the way of getting things done.
