Institution does NOT care about their employees. They overwork and micromanage employees, set unreasonable and unfair expectations of people in their employee, benefits are mediocre at best, physicians who collaborate with research team are not set up to have reasonable expectations of coordinators and management so they behave very poorly and create a toxic work environment for everyone who works there.
