higher pay than other area schools but very ow based on tuition dollars of students bright kids great values but admin doesn't extend them to adjuncts
Cons
no recognition no reviews rarely office no support no pay increases outside union negotiated rates. Legally adjuncts are allowed to negotiate for higher per course fee but departments don't allow it can't access variety of programs, competitions and benefits available for other faculy tenure track and admin generally blind to adjunct issues
